The prices above are per person and for six nights. Please note that these are our prices calculated on average, which means that both cheaper and more expensive options may be offered depending on availability.

In addition to the hotel cost, there is a participation fee of 80 EUR / 90 USD per person for players and leaders. Meal cards are not included in the price but can be added for an additional cost.

Deposit:
25% of the room cost must be paid to Gothia Cup within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable.
If the deposit payment is not made in time, the booking will be canceled.

Final Payment:
Must be received by Gothia Cup no later than April 10, 2026. If the final payment is not made, the booking will be canceled.

For bookings made after April 10, the full cost must be paid within seven days of the booking date.

Change and Cancellation Policy:
Room type changes can be made subject to availability.

In case of cancellation of individual persons that leads to a change in room type, only the difference in room type will be refunded, not the per-person price.

A partial payment of 25% of the accommodation cost must be paid within 30 days of the booking date and is non-refundable.

Cancellation of rooms after April 10, 2026, will be charged 100% of the room cost.
