How to read the prices
The prices are per person for six nights and are averages. There are both cheaper and more expensive options.
The participation fee of 750 SEK per person for players and leaders is added. Meal cards are not included.

Payment and cancellation
How does the team book a hotel?
State the number of people and the desired room type or area when you register your team. Allocation is made in order of the date the registration fee is paid.
How does the team pay?
A deposit of 25 percent is paid within 30 days and is non-refundable. If it is not paid, the booking will be cancelled. The final payment must be received by us no later than April 10, 2026. If it is not paid, the booking will be cancelled. Bookings made after April 10 must be paid in full within seven days.
What happens if we cancel?
If cancelling individual persons changes the room type, only the difference between the room types is refunded, not the per-person price. Cancellation of a room after April 10, 2026 is charged at 100 percent. Room type changes can be made subject to availability.
