Fútból Consultants Edson Soto wins the B12-final with 2–0 against Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange.
In the last final of the day at Heden 5, the B12 teams Fútból Consultants Edson Soto from Costa Rica and Vicente del Bosque Academy Orange played an even match where Fútból Consultants Edson Soto won 2–0.
It was a full house and brilliant sunshine at Heden 5 when the B12 final was played. Right from the start, it was an emotional match where both teams did everything to win.
– The first half was intense but nothing compared to the second half, player of the match Julian Gutierrez Estrada from Fútból Consultants Edson Soto says.
In the second half, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto received a penalty kick which gave the team a 1–0 lead. It was clear from the players how much the match meant to them.
– Winning is the best feeling ever, Julian explains.
With people in every spot from which you could watch the match, it was clear there was a crowd favourite. As many emotions as there were on the pitch, there were just as many in the stands.
In the 45th minute, Fútból Consultants Edson Soto extended their lead to 2–0. When the final whistle blew, there were cheers of joy from the winning team who celebrated with the crowd.
– The best part about the goalkeeper position is knowing that the saves you make are an important part of winning the match, he explains.
