There was a powerful final atmosphere at Heden 5 Nordic Wellness when Indian Minerva Academy FC faced Brazilian RS Sports Yellow. The stands were filled to capacity, and the many Indian supporters created a vibrant atmosphere around the pitch. Minerva Academy FC had become a crowd favorite during the tournament with their high pressing game and well-organized play, while RS Sports Yellow reached the final with the ambition of showcasing their quality and taking home the trophy.

Minerva Academy FC also got off to a dream start in the match. After about ten minutes of play, the Indian team took the lead and gained an early advantage in the final. However, RS Sports Yellow quickly responded and got back into the match when the team's top scorer wearing number 99 equalized to make it 1–1.

After an intense first half where both teams displayed high energy, they went into halftime with a completely even score. At halftime, the talk among Minerva Academy FC was about continuing to believe in their game and working together.

– We told each other that we needed to keep fighting and score more goals. If we continued to play as a team, we would score more goals and win the match, says Thangsanglen Kipgen.

The second half continued to be evenly matched as both teams fought to find a breakthrough. Just when the match seemed to be heading towards a dramatic conclusion, the decisive moment came with only two minutes left to play. Mekhamkhraw Nongrem stepped up and scored 2–1 for Minerva Academy FC, bringing the Indian team closer to gold.

Minerva then held on during the final minutes and was able to celebrate a long-awaited final victory together with their supporters. For Thangsanglen Kipgen, it was a special experience to win alongside his teammates.

– This is the best team I have ever played with. They are the best teammates, I care a lot about them, he says.

After the final whistle, attention turned to the stands, where the many Indian fans celebrated together with the players.

– Look at the fans, it’s really cool to celebrate together with them, says Thangsanglen Kipgen.

With a late decisive goal and a strong collective behind them, Minerva Academy FC secured the trophy after a dramatic final at Heden 5 Nordic Wellness. A victory that became as much the team's as it was the supporters'.
