DXC Technology Extends as Gothia Cup’s Official Partner
Focus on innovation, sustainability, and youth empowerment continues

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading Fortune 500 global technology services provider, has renewed its agreement as Official Partner of Gothia Cup and the tournament’s preferred IT supplier. The partnership focuses on technological development, sustainability, and increased access to knowledge and meaningful experiences for young people – both during the tournament week and throughout the year.
The partnership, which began in 2022, has steadily expanded in scope. As part of the renewed agreement, DXC will remain the title partner for the Girls 14 tournament category and will deepen its involvement in Celebrate the Planet, Gothia Cup’s sustainability platform that connects technology with long-term environmental goals.
– DXC is a partner that combines innovation with a strong social commitment. Through this collaboration, we gain access to both competence and capacity – strengthening Gothia Cup from our tech platforms to our core values, says Niclas Freiholtz, Tournament Director at Gothia Cup.
DXC’s continued engagement provides the Gothia Cup with tools, knowledge, and resources that enrich the experience for participants, spectators, and the broader community, including the tournament’s official app.
– We’re proud to continue as the preferred IT supplier powering the official Gothia Cup tournament app, says Martin Björk, Managing Director at DXC Technology Sweden.
– This partnership goes beyond technology – it’s about creating opportunities for young people, supporting community initiatives, and driving a more sustainable future through innovation.
