Makati FC from the Philippines wins the G12-category

After a tough final Makati FC takes the win with 5–0.

The final in the G12 category was played between Hammarby IF and Makati FC.
– The best part of winning is sharing it with the team, says Ella Gabrielle Chua.

The first half began with a quick goal from Ajirapha Kaeobanchong in the second minute, giving Makati FC a one-goal lead. The match remained even, with no goals scored until the halftime whistle. Throughout the match, there were many emotions on the field.

Immediately in the second half, Makati FC extended their lead to 2–0. Hammarby IF had a good defence, but it wasn't enough as Makati FC extended their lead to 3–0 six minutes later, and the packed stands cheered.
– It feels good to win, especially since it has been about eight years since Makati FC's last championship title, their captain Ella Gabrielle Chua explains.

Makati FC's attack continued to be strong, and they extended their lead with two goals, both by number 22, Chayada Sawangrom, who also scored a hat-trick in the match.
– The best part of winning is sharing it with the team, family, and those back home in the Philippines who are cheering for us, Ella continues.

The match remained tough, and when the final whistle blew, loud cheers were heard from Makati FC and the stands. The before mentioned Chayada Sawangrom was also named player of the match after her hat-trick.
