Gothia Cup is the world’s largest and most international youth football tournament. It’s the teams, and participants from around the world with over 2000 crew members that creates a meeting place for the world’s youth, irrespective of religion, skin color or nationality, with football as the common denominator.

Do you want to meet the world during a week of excitement, activities and many fun moments? Then you should join as a crew member.

To be a crew member

You gain new skills, you contribute to something bigger and you get the chance to meet many new people.

Interviews

If you have not been with us before and moved on after you applied, group interviews or individual interviews will be held.

Education

We offer education so that you feel comfortable in your assignment.

Compensation

In addition to financial compensation, you also receive meals during the tournament, official clothes and bus tickets.

The latest news and updates about our crew members

: Gothia Cup 2025 is played between 13-19 July (week 29).
: Dates vary depending on the assignment. You will find details for the assignments under Available assignments "More info", next to the application button when we have published. For most of our assignments it's between 12-20 July, 2025
: The majority of our assignments open in March but we have some assignments that open in January.
: The most important thing, apart from filling in your personal data correctly, is that you carefully read through which assignment(s) suit you best - and that you are of age. If you also give us a good presentation of yourself and why you want to be part of the Gothia Cup Crew, that is an extra plus.
