Save the date – registration for Gothia Cup 2020 opens in September

One week has passed by but we already look forward to Gothia Cup 2020. The registration opens September 10th, at 10 AM, local time (GMT+2).

Gothia Cup 2020 will be held 12–18 of July. New for next year is an open category for G17/B17, beside the invitational category, Gothia Puma Trophy.

– There has been a big interest from our participants in a category for 17 years olds, since the differences between 16 years olds and 18 years olds is too big. Many teams with a majority of players who are 16 years old, but with more than two overaged players, have been forced to participate in the category for 18 years olds where it has been hard for them to compete due to physical differences, says Competition Director Niclas Freiholtz.
