SKF in Malaysia sends girl team to Gothia Cup
Za’ba Secondary School won SKF:s Meet The World Tournament in Malaysia and will participate in this years Gothia Cup. The final went all the way to shootout before the victory and the trip to Gothenburg were secured for the team from the city of Kuala Pilah.
Altogether 16 girls team participated in SKF:s Meet The World tournament in Malaysia which played for two days at King George V Secondary School in Seremban. The teams came from different districts in Negeri Sambilan and they all fought hard for the victory prize – a fully paid trip to Gothenburg and participation in Gothia Cup G14 classification. The final was an exciting game between Za’ba and Juasseh, both team from the city of Kuala Pilah. No goals were made in regular time and it all was decided in a shootout. Za’ba was the strongest team, they won by 3-2 and both the victory in the tournament and the trip to Gothenburg were theirs.
All of SKF:S Meet The World Tournament has been completed and right now the teams most certainly are making their last preparations before coming to Sweden. Here are all the teams that will participate in this years Gothia Cup:
