Here are all the teams competing in this years Gothia Puma Trophy

Right to Dream and Tikitaka are once again competing in the tournament.

All teams are now booked for Gothia Puma Trophy. And several teams will fill SKF Arena – just as in previous years.
– Right to Dream and Tikitaka, it’s those teams that the spectators come to see, says Niclas Freiholtz, Marketing Director and Competition General for Gothia Cup.

Amongst the competing teams in this year’s edition of Gothia Puma Trophy you’ll find the favourites Tikitaka and Right to Dream in the B17-division. Two teams that fills SKF Arena at Heden, time after time again.

– They differ from the other teams in this tournament as they still play a fearless football, it’s full speed ahead, says Niclas Freiholtz.

In the G17-division we have NorCal going in as favourites, based on results from previous years. But Freiholtz thinks that the teams from Denmark and Norway might compete för the title as well.

– NorCal are the favourites to win, if we see to the international teams. But we also have our Norweigian and Danish neighbours coming with good teams, he says.

SKF Arena is one of the most visited arenas in Sweden, even though the football season only lasts a week.

– There will be 400 000 visits at Heden during the week, a majority of those will sometime be in SKF Arena where they’ll be greeted with a positive atmosphere and entertaining football, says Freiholtz. 

The groups för Gothia Puma Trophy will be presented in mid-June.
