The Final Day of Gothia Cup Awaits
After an intense week, only Saturday's finals remain. One of the teams to book their place in the championship match was Jitex BK G12, who defeated Prep School Lions 3–0 in the semifinals. – We hope to win gold, but silver would still be a great result, says hat-trick scorer Elise Svensson.
Jitex BK have been dominant throughout this year's Gothia Cup, winning every match so far. On Thursday afternoon, they faced their final obstacle on the road to the final. They secured a convincing 3–0 victory, with Elise Svensson scoring all three goals.
– Everyone was so happy and excited when the final whistle blew. Now we're getting ready and looking forward to the final, she says.
In the final, Jitex will face Chinese side CYDF Youth Football Team. Svensson expects a tough but enjoyable match.
– We hope to win gold, but silver would still be a great result.

Jitex will take on CYDF Youth Football Team in the final at Heden 5 – Nordic Wellness, with kick-off at 11:00.
