After a disappointing performance at last year’s Gothia Cup, Right to Dream arrive in Gothenburg looking to remind everyone why they are one of the tournament’s most respected names. – For us, everything is about development. It’s not just about winning, but how we win, and who we win with, says Tony Mamodaly, Technical Director at Right to Dream.
Ahead of this year's edition of the Gothia Cup, we are excited to announce several new developments. This summer's tournament will take place on a record 114 fields across the Gothenburg area. To accommodate the increasing number of participants, we are expanding to new municipalities and adding more fields.
Kopparberg is expanding its commitment and stepping up as a Premium Partner of Gothia Cup. With increased visibility, new activations and a deeper focus on safety, the brand strengthens its role in the world’s largest youth football tournament.
Gothia Cup is a chance to showcase Madagascar on the international stage and contribute to the development of football in our country.
Libresse will continue as an Official Partner of the Gothia Cup. The collaboration includes joint efforts focused on sustainability and inclusion. – It’s important for us to work with partners who share our values, says Niclas Freiholtz.
After a much-appreciated debut as Referee Ambassador during Gothia Cup 2024, it’s now confirmed that Jonas Eriksson will return in the same role as the tournament celebrates its 50th anniversary this summer.
